Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane and Liverpool central defender Virgil van Dijk have expressed their delight on Instagram after hearing that NFL great Tom Brady has decided to come out of retirement.

Brady – one of the greatest players in the history of the NFL, if not the greatest – has decided to come out of retirement.

The 44-year-old announced his retirement from American football just six weeks ago, but he has now decided to make his comeback.

Brady will resume playing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The American has posted the following message on Instagram announcing his decision.

And Tottenham striker Kane and Liverpool centre-back Van Djik have reacted to Tom Brady’s post, clearly pleased to see a sporting great make his comeback.

Tom Brady’s decision to come out of retirement is big news in the sporting world, and we are not surprised to see Tottenham striker Kane and Liverpool centre-back Van Dijk react so positively to it.
