Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte is a key figure regarding the future of Bryan Gil, according to Plaza Deportiva.
It has been reported that Gil is comfortable at Valencia, having joined the La Liga club on loan from Tottenham in the January transfer window.
The 21-year-old winger is scheduled to return to his parent club Tottenham at the end of the season.
Plaza Deportiva has claimed that the future of Gil depends on him, Tottenham head coach Conte and Valencia owner Peter Lim.
Valencia do not have a lot of money, and Lim will have to be careful regarding where and how to invest funds in the summer transfer window.
Tottenham should give Bryan Gil another chance
In our view, Tottenham should hand Gil another chance to impress and should include him in their squad for next season.
At least for the first half.
Tottenham head coach Conte has already said that he does not think that Gil is strong enough physically to succeed in the Premier League.
Yet.
Now, we have to question whether spending a few months back in Spain is going to help Gil succeed in England, but given that Tottenham signed him only in the summer of 2021, they simply cannot give up on him after just a few months.
