Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte has told Football.London that Ben Davies, Davinson Sanchez, Japhet Tanganga have improved under him.
Cone has said that Davies, Sanchez and Tanganga all have been very good playing central defence in the absence of Cristian Romero.
Romero has been injured for several weeks, and the Tottenham boss is pleased how the others defenders have stepped up in his absence.
Conte told Football.London: “We are talking about another important player for us.
“He missed two months, despite this I see in a positive way, I have seen the improvement of players like Ben Davies, Davinson Sanchez, Japhet Tanganga and I think we exploited this period without Cristian and saw the improvement of these three central defenders.”

What happens now with Tottenham duo Sanchez and Tanganga?
In our view, Tottenham should keep hold of Sanchez and Tanganga for the rest of the season.
Davies is playing well on the left of a back-three despite being a left-back by trade, so he is staying at the club for sure.
Some Tottenham fans have been really impressed by the Wales international left-back.

Both Sanchez and Tanganga have been linked with moves away from Tottenham.
AC Milan are reportedly interested in the English defender, while Napoli want Sanchez.
In our opinion, Tottenham should keep hold of both of them, especially if the offers they are getting for them are only loan deals.
Tottenham are aiming to finish in the Premier League top four, and Conte needs a big squad, especially with COVID-19 affecting teams.
