Leeds United central defender Liam Cooper has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to West Ham United’s controversial goal against Marcelo Bielsa’s side being allowed by VAR.
Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds are taking on Premier League rivals West Ham away from home at London Stadium in the third round of the FA Cup at the moment.
It is half time in London, and West Ham are 1-0 ahead.
Manuel Lanzini scored the goal for David Moyes’s side in the 34th minute.
Leeds goalkeeper Leo Hjelde denied Nikola Vlasic, but Argentine attacking midfielder Lanzini was there to smash it home.
VAR checked the goal for offside.
Jarrod Bowen looked to be interfering with play and was seemingly offside as the initial shot came in.
However, VAR decided that it was fine.
That has really annoyed Leeds centre-back Cooper, as you can see below.

Leeds United comeback v West Ham?
West Ham are not running away with the tie, and there is still time for Leeds to make a comeback.
After all, the Hammers are only 1-0 ahead.
So, in our view, Bielsa’s team can certainly score two goals in the second half and win the FA Cup tie.
We think that Leeds need to score the first goal in the opening 15 minutes and have to take charge of the game right from the restart.
