Speaking on his YouTube channel, Rio Ferdinand has been speaking about Tottenham’s Harry Kane and his terrible start to the season.
It’s no secret that Kane has been performing below standards this term. He’s scored just one goal in the league so far, and he really hasn’t looked himself.
It’s also no secret that Kane was pushing for a move away from north London in the summer, and Ferdinand believes that if his form doesn’t pick up soon, he won’t have any suitors by the time the next window comes around.
What’s been said about Kane?
Ferdinand discussed Kane’s start to the season.
“Is he performing and not scoring? You can accept that, but if he’s not performing you have to worry about Harry. I don’t think they let him go in January, but if he keeps playing like this and not scoring the goals, do City even come back and try to take him? This isn’t the Harry Kane we have grown to know and love, this is a drought,” Ferdinand said.

Not been himself
Ferdinand is absolutely right, Kane hasn’t been himself this season.
This is a three-time Premier League Golden Boot winner, and somehow, he’s only scored one goal so far this season in the league.
His finishing touch has deserted him, and even the new manager bounce hasn’t helped him.
Will teams like Manchester City want a player who is in such poor form? Well, that remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure, Kane hasn’t been at his best since the summer of speculation.
