Speaking on his YouTube channel, Rio Ferdinand has reacted to Fabrizio Romano’s update about reported Tottenham target Dusan Vlahovic in regards to Arsenal’s recent interest.
According to Romano, Arsenal have been in touch with Fiorentina about a potential move for the Serbian, but the striker is seemingly not interested in a move to the Emirates.
Indeed, Romano says Vlahovic doesn’t want to join Arsenal and his agents aren’t even answering the phone to the Gunners.

Romano shared what he knows about Vlahovic – and Ferdinand shared his reaction.
“Arsenal are more than interested. They approached Fiorentina a couple of weeks ago to ask about the price and everything – but the player is not interested. I’m told his agents are not answering the phone,” Romano said.
“He’s not interested in Arsenal! Wow, he’s not answering the phone to Arsenal? That’s a liberty,” Ferdinand said.

Ferdinand is right, this is an absolute liberty.
It just goes to show how far Arsenal have fallen in recent years that a striker from Fiorentina isn’t even willing to answer the phone to them.
It wasn’t all that long ago the Gunners were signing star players from Real Madrid and Barcelona when they were Champions League regulars under Arsene Wenger. Now, however, they can’t even convince Vlahovic to speak to them.
This will certainly sting even more if the striker ends up signing for Tottenham.
