Ian Wright has said on Premier League Productions that Liverpool forward Sadio Mane struggled against West Ham United at London Stadium.
What’s the story?
Liverpool went down 3-2 to West Ham away from home in the Premier League last night.
Alisson had a very bad game for Liverpool.
The Brazil international goalkeeper was at fault for all three of the goals that the Hammers scored.
However, there was another player who did not have a good game, according to Arsenal legend Wright.
Sadio Mane.
The former Arsenal striker said on Premier League Productions: “He had a poor game today, Mane, gave away the ball for the goal. He didn’t look into the game. And then that miss, terrible miss.”

Disappointing from Sadio Mane
Mane is one of the best forwards in the world, but all players have bad days.
And the Senegal international had a bad game last night.
The 29-year-old did threaten the West Ham defence on occasions with his direct running.

However, Mane should have done better with the effort he had on goal in the second half.
Then late on, the 29-year-old headed the ball wide off the mark from close range.
The defeat to West Ham was Liverpool’s first in the Premier League this season.
It will come as a bitter disappointment, but, in our view, the Reds will bounce back.
