Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have suffered a 3-2 defeat to West Ham United at London Stadium.

West Ham are doing well at the moment, and David Moyes’s side headed into the Premier League game this evening high on confidence.

And they won 3-2.

It was yet another superb Premier League game and was full of action.

There were some brilliant performances from the players, but one star who struggled was Alisson.

Alisson mistakes

The Brazil international is one of the best goalkeepers in the world and rarely makes mistakes.

But against West Ham tonight, Alisson played his role in all three of the Hammers’ goals.

The goalkeeper should have done better from the corner for the first goal.

Alisson should have saved the second and the third goal as well.

Clinton Morrison’s verdict

Former Crystal Palace forward Clinton Morrison was following the match for BBC Sport.

And he was critical of Alisson.

Morrison told BBC Sport for the second goal: “Alisson will be disappointed, it goes under his body and it’s poor goalkeeping. It’s a really poor goal to concede, but a really good goal for West Ham.”

The pundit said for the third goal: “It’s Alisson again. It’s a good ball in from Jarrod Bowen and Alisson misjudges it. It goes all the way over his head. Kurt Zouma is a threat from set pieces, he wants it, it’s a brilliant header.”

It was disappointing result for Liverpool, and Alisson will know that he should have done better against West Ham.

However, we must consider that such errors happen from all players.

It was just one of those days for Alisson.
