Crystal Palace are looking to swoop in for Fulham-owned midfielder Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, who is currently on loan at Italian side Napoli.
That’s according to The Sun, who claim that Palace want to bring Anguissa back to London.
Patrick Vieira is thought to be a big fan of Anguissa and subsequently wants to bring him to Selhurst Park.
If anybody knows a box-to-box midfield player, it’s Vieira.
Vieira is understood to have wanted Anguissa last summer, but Napoli pipped him to a deal.
The Cameroon star is on loan at Napoli for this season, and has started nine of 11 league games for the Series A leaders.
Napoli may look to keep Anguissa long-term, but Vieira is hoping to finally get him signed and give him a starring role in the Fulham midfield.
Anguissa could be a coup for Palace
Not only is Anguissa turning out for Italian football’s top club right now, but he has been linked with a host of other clubs.

Both Arsenal and Everton were interested in signing Anguissa over the summer.
Just last month, Italian pundit Walter Sabatini told CalcioNapoli24 that he was amazed that Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City or Manchester United didn’t sign Anguissa.
A £30million capture for Fulham in 2018, it’s clear that many people think very highly of Anguissa.
Vieira appears to be one of them, and Palace want to secure a £20million deal that would leave Napoli rocked.
