Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Hector Bellerin, Eddie Nketiah and Runar Alex Runarsson all want to leave Arsenal before the transfer deadline next week.

That’s according to The Athletic, who claim that all four players are hoping to have new clubs by this time next week.

The transfer window slams shut next Tuesday, and it looks like Edu will have to try and move on some unhappy players before then.

Nketiah is wanted by Crystal Palace, but they value him at just half of Arsenal’s £20million asking price, and he is currently out injured.

Rumours Maitland-Niles leaving have really slowed down in recent times, and it’s unclear where he will go after a rumoured swap involving Leicester City’s James Maddison failed to materialise.

Bellerin is allegedly unhappy at Arsenal, and Edu has explored swapping him for Barcelona’s Emerson Royal or Atletico Madrid’s Kieran Trippier.

Goalkeeper Runarsson looked set for a loan move to Altay SK in Turkey, but that deal collapsed, and there doesn’t appear to be much interest in the Icelandic international at this point.

Offloading all four would give Arsenal some more wiggle room to get other players in over the next week, and Gunners fans may feel that the quartet wouldn’t exactly be missed anyway.
