Arsenal are reportedly interested in PSV attacker and England youth international Noni Madueke.

According to the Sun, the Gunners are one of many sides keen on the teenager winger. As per the report, Leicester City and London rivals Tottenham are also keen on Madueke.

PSV value the forward at £22m, and there were rumours that Madueke would replace Jadon Sancho at Borussia Dortmund this summer.

However, the German side opted to sign the English talent’s attacking teammate, and former Arsenal academy star, Donyell Malen.

Madueke has become the latest English player to flourish on the continent. The winger joined PSV in 2018 from Tottenham’s academy.

And since breaking into the first team in 2019, the 19-year-old has been one of the Eredivisie’s most exciting talents.

This season already has seen the Barnet-born winger hit four goals in four appearances for PSV. Indeed, the attacker is attracting plenty of interest, and now Arsenal appear to be keen on signing Madueke.

With the attacker revealing in an interview with the Sun that he has played alongside Bukayo Saka at youth level, there is already a familiar face at Arsenal for Madueke.

Although there’s no denying Madueke’s talent and the progression the winger has made since his move to the Netherlands, a winger is the last of Arsenal’s worries in terms of summer signings this window.

Nicolas Pepe has been in impressive form this pre-season following a strong end to last campaign. And with the aforementioned Saka and Gabriel Martinelli back in training and fully fit, Arsenal are stacked for wingers on both flanks.
