The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported that Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hart will join Celtic on a permanent contract in the summer transfer window.
The Daily Mail reported earlier tonight that the 34-year-old goalkeeper will sign a three-year deal with the Scottish Premiership giants.
Hart will have a medical at Celtic tomorrow, according to the report.
