
Rangers star Glen Kamara was involved for Finland as they played their final Euro 2020 group game against Belgium tonight – and Gers fans on Twitter had enough of hearing the midfielder’s name mispronounced by the commentators.
For the third game the Finn’s surname was butchered by the commentators, despite having seemingly researched it beforehand.
Kamara has been one of his country’s top performers at the Euros as the Rangers star has shone in midfield.
While Rangers fans haven’t been surprised by the quality of his performances, they have won him an army of new admirers across Europe.
A host of clubs have been credited with an interest in luring Kamara away from Rangers in the near future after his impressive form for club and country, but with two years remaining on his Ibrox contract, the Gers will be in no rush to sell.
As fans settled in to watch Finland’s final group game fixture though, Rangers fans were quickly riled up by the commentators making the same mistake as in previous games.
