Leeds United central defender Liam Cooper has praised Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney on Instagram for his performance last night.
Arsenal star Tierney was superb for Scotland in their goalless draw with England at Wembley Stadium in London in Euro 2020.
Cooper did not start the match for Scotland, but that did not affect Steve Clarke’s side much.
The Leeds defender believes that former Celtic left-back Tierney was a “Rolls Royce” against England.
How did Kieran Tierney play?
Tierney is one of the best left-backs in the Premier League, and the 24-year-old showed that against England last night.
The Arsenal star was superb at left centre-back in Scotland’s three-man defence.
The Arsenal star linked up well with Liverpool ace Andy Robertson on the left-hand side.

Tierney defended well and also made good attacking forays.
The 24-year-old took one shot which was not on target, played one key pass, had a pass accuracy of 81.4%, won one header, took 52 touches, attempted one dribble, made four clearances, and put in one cross.
Encouraging for Arsenal
Tierney playing so well for Scotland is very encouraging for Arsenal.
The 24-year-old had injury problems in the build-up to the game against England.
However, at Wembley last night, the left-back did not show any signs of having problems.
