Liverpool are reportedly interested in Adama Traore, and the Anfield faithful will be interested to know what Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola thinks of the Wolverhampton Wanderers winger.
90min has reported that Liverpool are interested in signing Traore from Wolves in the summer transfer window.
The former Premier League champions remain keen on the winger, having wanted to sign him in the January transfer window.
Traore will be well known to Liverpool fans, and he is also a player who is rated highly by top managers.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp once termed the 25-year-old “unplayable”.
The former Aston Villa winger also impressed City boss Guardiola, as you can read below.
Guardiold told The Manchester Evening News about Traore in December 2019: “He is a motorcycle! It’s almost impossible. Nobody can handle this pace.”
Traore is a huge figure and, according to Arsenal defender Rob Holding, is built like a brickhouse.
The winger is a force to be reckoned with, and Liverpool would be a better team with him in it.
The former Barcelona prospect has pace, can whip in wonderful crosses, and is strong and powerful.
However, Traore does need to score more goals and create more chances.
The Wolves no. 37 scored only two goals and gave just two assists in the Premier League this past season.
In 2019-20, Traore scored four goals and provided nine assists in the league.
