Chelsea have wished Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne on Twitter a speedy recovery from the injury he suffered in the Champions League final last night.
De Bruyne had to be substituted after a clash with Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger in the second half.
The 28-year-old midfielder has announced the extent of the injury today on Twitter, and Chelsea have responded to him, as shown below.
The challenge from Rudiger was strong, but it did not seem that the 28-year-old Germany international wanted to hurt De Bruyne.
It was one of those incidents that happen in football quite often.
It is very sporting of Chelsea to wish their former player the best of luck in his recovery.

De Bruyne is one of the best players in the world and will be a key figure for Belgium in the Euro 2020 finals this summer.
The 28-year-old also played a big role in City winning the Premier League title this season, although he did spend time on the sidelines due to injury.
The former Chelsea man made 23 starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for Pep Guardiola’s side.
De Bruyne scored six goals and gave 12 assists in those games.
