Stan Collymore has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Tottenham Hotspur deciding to join the European Super League.
Tottenham have announced on their official website tonight that they have joined 11 other European clubs in forming a new competition.
AC Milan, Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, Chelsea, Barcelona, Inter Milan, Juventus, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Tottenham have all joined as Founding Clubs of the Super League.
Former Liverpool striker Collymore is not impressed, as shown below.
This is quite something in the world of football, and it will be interesting to see how fans of the clubs of the new European Super League will react.
Some Tottenham and Liverpool fans were already against the idea when The Times reported the formation earlier today, as covered by HITC Sport.

As the statement on Tottenham’s official website says, there is a lot of money involved, and it is clear that the biggest clubs of Europe want to make it a success.
Things could change in European football for good after the announcement of the formation of the Super League.
