Some Aston Villa fans on social media are growing increasingly worried after Jack Grealish was nowhere to be seen in the training pictures shared by the club this week.
The midfielder is undoubtedly one of the Midlands club’s most important players, so you can understand why fans were so worried about him seemingly not being in training.
As you can imagine, rumours started to spread like wildfire about the Villa captain being injured, and while those murmurs remain unconfirmed, we’ve not heard anything to the contrary.
Whether or not Grealish is available to play this weekend remains to be seen, but Villa fans online are certainly worried about his absence from this gallery.
Of course, this could be down to a number of factors. Grealish could have been inside doing some media duties or he could have coincidentally avoided the photographer throughout the training session.
Being missing from training pictured doesn’t always equate to bad news, Liverpool fans were in a frenzy earlier this week about Alisson’s absence from their training gallery, but Jurgen Klopp has confirmed he’s ready to play in the Merseyside Derby.
Fingers crossed Grealish is fit and ready to face off against Leicester on Sunday.
