Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to bounce back from the defeat to Liverpool when they take on Brighton and Hove Albion away from home in the Premier League this evening.

Spurs will head into the match against Brighton on the back of a 3-1 defeat to Liverpool at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the league.

The North London club will be determined to pick up all three points this evening, and head coach Jose Mourinho is likely to make a few changes to the team.

Harry Kane is out injured, meaning that Son Heung-min is likely to play centrally, with Gareth Bale returning to the starting lineup and deployed out wide.

Serge Aurier is likely to be dropped after leaving Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at half time against Liverpool, as reported by ESPN.

Matt Doherty will slot back in at right-back in place of Aurier, who cost Spurs £23 million in transfer fees when they signed him from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2017, as reported by BBC Sport

England international midfielder Harry Winks, 24, is also likely to come back into the starting lineup for Spurs.

This is how Tottenham could line up against Brighton this evening:
