Tottenham Hotspur head coach Jose Mourinho has criticised Liverpool midfielder Thiago, as quoted on BBC Sport.
Kane suffered ankle injuries during Tottenham’s 3-1 defeat to Liverpool at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League on Thursday evening.
Mourinho was not happy with one of the tackles that was made on the England international striker.
It was from midfielder Thiago, and the Portuguese coach believes that it was a bad tackle.
The Tottenham boss has added that Kane could now be on the sidelines for weeks.
Mourinho told BBC Sport: “Two ankles, the first was a bad tackle, it was Thiago, the second one I didn’t know well. But two injuries in both ankles, the second one worst than the first one – a few weeks, I don’t know.
“There are some players you can’t replace. When it happens it happens but I believe we have to fight against it, we cannot do anything else.”

Blow for Tottenham Hotspur
Kane is one of the best strikers in the world and is a key figure in the Tottenham team.
The 27-year-old’s injury against Liverpool will be a massive blow to Spurs’ chances of winning the Premier League title this season.
According to WhoScored, the 27-year-old has scored 12 goals and provided 11 assists in 19 Premier League matches for Spurs so far this season.
It now remains to be seen the diagnosis on the injury to Kane, and Spurs fans will hope that he is not out for a long period of time.
