Celtic could be about to lose one of their key assets

Odsonne Edouard could be set to link up again with Brendan Rodgers.
The striker was brought to Celtic by Rodgers on loan from PSG in 2017, and signed a permanent deal with the Scottish side the following year.
Edouard has been a major success in Glasgow, scoring 74 goals in 151 appearances, and that form has led to his name being mentioned in connection with 26 clubs including Real Madrid and Arsenal.

Leicester City were first linked with the Frenchman in August 2020 by the Daily Mail, and now talkSPORT claim a move could be on the cards.
Their “transfer guru” Alex Crook said: “One name that keeps coming up in conversations with people close to Leicester is Odsonne Edouard at Celtic.
“He’s in the last 18 months of his contract, is reluctant to sign a new deal and could be available for £20m.

“That looks a shrewd bit of business for me, and they do need back-up and even a long-term successor to Jamie Vardy, so watch that one between now and the end of the window.”
23-year-old Edouard has 18 months remaining on his contract, but is not expected to see them out.
Celtic are currently 23 points behind in the race for the Scottish Premiership title, while Leicester sit third in the English Premier League.
