Leeds United are said to be interested in signing Jordan Hugill from West Ham United this summer.

Noel Whelan may well be delighted if Leeds United sign Jordan Hugill, as he suggested that the West Ham United ace would be a great addition to the Whites’ squad just last season.
Leeds’ striking options came up short last term, with both Kemar Roofe and Patrick Bamford failing to get over the 20 goal mark.
And that potential transfer may well please Whelan, as he has wanted the target-man at Leeds for some time.
“Hugill. Did he get two today? I think so. Someone like that would have been fantastic for us,” Whelan said to BBC Radio Leeds in November.

The powerful forward instead went to Middlesbrough, but he only had limited success.
Hugill has previously proven a big weapon at Championship level though, and could help increase Leeds’ attacking threat for the upcoming campaign.
Hugill would offer Leeds the hold-up ability and strength that were missing from their starting line-up on occasion last term if he was to join.
