The Aston Villa ace has been lethal in front of goal this season.

Villa ace Albert Adomah sat down for an exclusive interview with the club’s official website, and expressed his disappointment with his lack of assists so far this season, despite his fine form on the whole.
The 30-year-old winger has really impressed for the Villans this term, scoring 10 goals in 19 appearances in all competitions thus far, but he has only recorded one assist.
Admoah moved to Villa Park from Middlesbrough on transfer deadline day in the summer of 2016, and has firmly cemented himself as a fan favourite, what with the 100 per cent commitment he has showcased on a regular basis.

The Ghana international spoke exclusively to the club’s official website, and highlighted his poor assist record as something that needs to be improved upon, if he is to achieve his individual targets:

“I think I’ve done well scoring for the team but, at the same time, I haven’t achieved one of my targets – assisting goals. People say that I’m scoring so that can only be a good thing but my main target is to assist because I’m a creative winger and I’m still looking to do that more frequently.”
Steve Bruce’s side currently sit in fifth position in the Championship table, seven points adrift of second placed Cardiff City, and they will need Adomah to continue his blistering form, if they are to have any chance of forcing their way into the automatic promotion spots.
Next up for Villa is a trip to high-flying Derby on Saturday.
