West Ham United were superb during their win over Chelsea, as were their fans.

Hammers skipper Mark Noble spoke to reporters in the aftermath of his side’s superb 1-0 win over Chelsea on Saturday, and offered high words of praise for the London Stadium faithful, as quoted by the club’s official website.
West Ham’s win over Antonio Conte’s side was the first since David Moyes took over as manager last month, and the home crowd would have surely appreciated the effort put in by the players from the very first whistle up until the last.
The east London outfit are now level on points with 17th placed West Brom, separated only by an inferior goal difference, and everything all of a sudden seems a whole lot rosier at the club.

The atmosphere at the London Stadium has certainly improved in recent weeks, and Noble drew attention to that fact when speaking to reporters after his side’s win over Chelsea, ad quoted by WHUFC.com:

“At points versus Chelsea I was trying to take it upon myself to give the boys instructions on what to do but they couldn’t hear me because the crowd was so loud. I’d like that problem every week!”
Next up for West Ham is a home game against Arsenal in the Premier League on Wednesday night, and they will have to emulate Saturday’s performance, if they are to have any chance whatsoever of taking anything from Arsene Wenger’s side.
