Despite an outstanding start to the season, 9% of fans who took part in our poll voted for Huddersfield Town as the team most likely to drop out of the play-offs. Their rise to fourth place has arguably been the big shock of the season, But could they be set to topple out? With eight points between them and seventh place, it’s still very possible, if not quite likely.

Their mixed half of the Championship season has lead to Norwich City picking up 17% of the vote. Canaries fans are still somewhat unconvinced as to whether Alex Neil is the man for them or not, but the Norwich City board have so far stuck by him, seemingly certain he can get them back in the Premier League. Just two points off sixth spot, Norwich City aren’t far from creeping into the play-offs, but just who would they replace?

1. Aston Villa (51%)

Sitting currently in 14th place in the table, a massive 13 points away from sixth place, fans perhaps unsurprisingly voted Aston Villa as the team most likely to miss out on a play-off place this season, with 51% of the vote. Despite spending huge amounts of money on players like Scott Hogan, Jonathan Kodjia, Ross McCormack and Albert Adomah, the Villans are miles off the track after a disastrous start to the season under Robert Di Matteo and a stuttering time so far under Steve Bruce.
