Former West Ham United and Queens Park Rangers winger Trevor Sinclair has told BBC Sport (16:15) that Saido Berahino will be a success at Stoke City.

According to The Daily Mail, the Potters had to pay the Baggies a transfer fee of £12 million in order to secure the services of the 23-year-old striker.

The former England Under-21 international striker has featured twice already for Stoke, his latest appearance coming against his former club West Brom at The Hawthorns at the weekend.
Former England international winger Sinclair was following the match on Saturday afternoon, and he has predicted Berahino to be a success at Stoke.
“I think Berahino is going to have a massive impact at Stoke City,” Sinclair told BBC Sport (16:15). “All those boos will just be fuel to the fire.”

Berahino is a good striker, and he will be looking to make up for lost time, having struggled to play well at West Brom for the past 18 or so months.
It could take the 23-year-old some time to get back his form, and Stoke fans may not see the best of him until next season.
