Owen Hargreaves has claimed that Bayern Munich would ‘rip your hand off’ for Tottenham Hotspur star, Son Heung-min.

The former Bayern midfielder added that ‘forget’ about Son making any Premier League XI, he is the type of player that the likes of Bayern Munich, Italian and Spanish teams would be ‘desperate’ for.

German giants Bayern are seemingly fishing around Kane because there is talk they want to sign the England captain next summer – he has two-years left on his current deal.

The duo have created a devastating partnership in the Premier League over the years – a record-breaking one at that.

And if Antonio Conte is to win silverware at the club, then they need two of their star forwards to fire like no other.

Son showcased that over the weekend when he scored a hat-trick from the bench against Leicester City and Hargreaves thinks Spurs are ‘lucky’ their South Korean star won’t go anywhere, as he told Premier League Productions.

“Forget any XI in the Premier League,” said Hargreaves. “Bayern Munich would rip your hand off for him. He has been in Germany, with Hamburg and Leverkusen. They would rip your hands off for him.

“Then you have your Spanish teams and you have the Italian teams. He’s the type of guy that everybody would be desperate to have. He’s marketable and ticks every box.

“Sometimes, that’s why you don’t upset these boys because they have a lot of options. When it comes to contract times and renegotiating, then you have to tread carefully. They are lucky he is just a humble guy and he won’t go anywhere.”

SON TO START AGAINST ARSENAL

Tottenham are unbeaten after seven Premier League games, but it’s their north London rivals who are sitting top of the table.

The first game back will be the north London derby and Spurs have a big chance to make a statement.

Not only would they send out signs of serious intent to others if they beat Arsenal away from home, but it will also put them on top of the tree for the time being.

Son is certain to starter given his hat-trick against Leicester, it’s just a case of what players Conte will pick to play alongside him and Kane.
