Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool won against Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this weekend.
Liverpool got the better of Tottenham 2-1 in North London in the Premier League on Sunday.
Mohamed Salah scored both the goals for the Reds.
Both the goals came in the first half.
Harry Kane found the back of the net for Tottenham in the second half.
It was a wonderful finish from the England international striker.
Tottenham struggled in the first half, but Antonio Conte’s side stepped up their game in the second period.
Liverpool, though, were the better side over the course of the 90 minutes and were the deserved winners of the match.
However there was one particular incident that some Tottenham fans may not be too pleased about.
It happened in the first half.

Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold appeared to push Ryan Sessegnon in the area after 22 minutes.
It was similar to the one that saw Manchester City’s Joao Cancelo concede a penalty and dismissed against Fulham in the Premier League on Saturday.
No penalty was given, and former Premier League referee Dermot Gallagher believes that it was the right decision.

Gallagher said on Sky Sports News (11:41am, November 7, 2022): “I would have been very, very surprised if they had concluded that it was a penalty.”
