Darren Bent has said on talkSPORT (8:26am, March 22, 2022) that Mauricio Pochettino could be back at Tottenham Hotspur if Antonio Conte leaves for Manchester United.
The former Tottenham striker and talkSPORT pundit has said that he would not be surprised if club chairman Daniel Levy brings backs Pochettino if Conte leave Spurs and moves to Manchester United.
As reported by Sky Sports, United are looking to hire a new manager in the summer of 2022.
Former Tottenham head coach Pochettino is reportedly the leading candidate for the managerial role at Old Trafford.
The 50-year-old Argentine boss’s position at PSG is under threat following their collapse against Real Madrid in the Champions League.
Bent said: “That wouldn’t surprise me that, because then Conte goes to United and Pochettino goes straight back to Spurs. That would not surprise me one bit.”

In our opinion, Conte will be in charge of Tottenham next season, not Pochettino.
Now, of course, we have read reports how Tottenham chairman Levy wanted to bring Pochettino back last summer.
However, Levy now has a better manager in Conte.
