Arsenal can go five points clear at the top of the table if they win against Wolves.
Wolves are struggling at the moment and are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
The Wanderers are at the foot of the league table at the moment with 10 points from 14 matches, four points behind 17th-placed Everton.
Wolves will head into the match against Arsenal at Molineux Stadium on the back of a 1-0 win against Leeds United at home in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
It followed a 3-2 defeat to Brighton and Hove Albion at home in the league.
