Eintracht Frankfurt expect Filip Kostic to look to secure a transfer to Italy this summer with Inter Milan speaking with his agent, against reported interest from Arsenal and West Ham.
That’s according to Sky Germany, who note the Serbian sacked the Lian Sports group as his representatives and hired WSA after failing to seal a move to Lazio. Now, the winger’s new agency is in intensive talks with the San Siro hierarchy on a potential switch to Serie A.

Die Adler will not put up much of a fight to stop Kostic leaving Deutsche Bank Park as he is out of contract next year. So, Inter chiefs are considering a €14m (£11.5m) offer, with €4m (£3.5m) in future bonuses. But the Nerazzurri have yet made Eintracht Frankfurt a firm bid.

Inter Milan also have the outline of a contract on the table for Kostic to study. The San Siro side are prepared to pay him €5m-a-season (£80k-a/w) net on a four-year deal. But several rivals are also keen after the 29-year-old scored twice at Barcelona in the Europa League.
His efforts saw Die Adler beat the Camp Nou natives in the quarter-finals 4-3 on aggregate for a semi-final place against West Ham. Now, Eintracht Frankfurt assume the current term will be his last hurrah before Kostic eyes a move to Italy, but want €15m (£12.5m) upfront.
Interest from Italy, Spain and England could help the Deutsche Bank Park side secure their asking price. La Lazio Siamo Noi note Lazio are still keen on Kostic, while Inter face further competition from Arsenal, West Ham, Fiorentina, Roma, Atletico Madrid and Sevilla, too.

Arsenal and West Ham had explored Kostic’s transfer from Eintracht Frankfurt in January, as well. Calciomercato reported in the mid-season market that the Gunners and Hammers were ready to battle Inter, Lazio, Fiorentina, Atletico Madrid and Sevilla for his signature.

Now, their prolonged admiration could spark a bidding war. Yet the Nerazzurri will believe they hold an advantage, as Sport Mediaset also noted in January that Kostic wanted to join the Nerazzurri. So, the mutual admiration could play a significant factor again this summer.
Mikel Arteta and David Moyes would no doubt love to have a creative force like Kostic at Arsenal or West Ham next season, should they edge Inter Milan for the Eintracht Frankfurt star’s transfer. He has seven goals and 13 assists in 36 games in all competitions this term.
With two of those goals seeing Die Adler eliminate Barcelona from the Europa League, the Irons now have a chance to see the 45-cap ace – who ex-Frankfurt sporting director Fredi Bobic calls ‘extraordinary’ – at the London Stadium on April 28 and in Germany on May 5.
