Strong stance
A transfer fee of £55 million for a 21-year-old is a lot of money, and it says a lot about Brighton as a football club that they were able to say no to that kind of offer.
The Seagulls clearly have big plans for the future, and them turning down such a big offer from Chelsea for Caicedo is a massive statement.
