Andrei Arlovski found himself caught up in a backstage fight after what many called the biggest mismatch of 2025.

The former UFC heavyweight had been ringside when Jake Paul suffered a heavy knockout at the hands of Anthony Joshua on Friday night.

After the bout, Arlovski ended up in a scrap with four people following an incident backstage where someone bumped into him.

Jack Doherty, a YouTuber and streamer with a reputation for stirring things up, seemed to pick the wrong person to cross paths with that night.

Doherty streamed his entire evening from the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida, capturing every moment.

A six-hour video posted on Parti.com highlights the moment he came face-to-face with Andrei Arlovski.

Whether it was intentional or not is unclear, but it is not the first time he has run into someone of that stature.

Arlovski responded with a kick to Doherty’s back, which quickly escalated into a fight involving the YouTuber’s group.

Two of Doherty’s friends threw punches at ‘The Pitbull’ before security stepped in to break things up.

The former UFC champion then turned his attention to the security guard, likely because he posed the biggest threat in the group.

Doherty stayed behind his bodyguard as Arlovski moved toward the remaining two attackers.

The 46-year-old floored one and followed up with a kick before taking a swing at the last man standing.

That seemed to be enough for his opponents to back off, as others stepped in to calm things down. The situation eventually cooled off without any further incidents.

Andrei Arlovski’s next fight

It has been just over a year since Arlovski finished up his 24-year stint in the UFC.

Since leaving, he has managed to pick up three wins across three different combat sports.

He stopped a three-fight losing streak by picking up a win at Dirty Boxing 1, with Jon Jones watching on from the crowd.

From there, he moved into bare-knuckle boxing and picked up another victory by knockout.

His most recent appearance came at Misfits Boxing in November, where he knocked out a reality TV contestant from Too Hot to Handle.

The 46-year-old now has his eyes set on another big opportunity as he prepares to take on Ben Rothwell for the BKFC heavyweight title at Knuckle Mania on February 7.
