Celtic will go into Monday’s Champions League Third Qualifying Round draw knowing they could face a tough task regardless of who is pulled out of the hat – if they can get past Danes FC Midtjylland.
Ange Postecoglou‘s side kick off their competitive fixtures tomorrow night when they welcome Midtjylland to Celtic Park in the first leg clash, with the winner progressing to the Third Qualifying Round.
With the draw taking place at 11am this morning, Celtic will know exactly what is next for them should they beat the Danes – as well as discovering their potential Europa Conference League opponents should they lose.
Should the Hoops lose to Midtjylland they will face one of Jablonec or Anorthosis Famagusta but it’s the Champions League draw fans are more concerned about.
There are some tricky ties in store for Postecoglou’s side if they do advance with the likes of Spartak Moscow and PSV Eindhoven lying in wait in the Third Qualifying Round.

The first leg will take place on August 3/4 with the return a week later, and if Celtic can make it through they will only have one more round to clear to make it through to the Group Stage.
The draw takes place at 11am and can be watched live on UEFA’s website.
Here’s who Celtic could be drawn to face in this morning’s Champions League Third Qualifying Round draw:
Racing Genk (Belgium)
PSV Eindhoven (Netherlands)
Spartak Moscow (Russia)
Sparta Prague (Czech Republic)
