Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers brought in Allan McGregor last summer, and the Celtic midfielder has been hugely impressed.

In a shock admission, Celtic midfielder McGregor has admitted that he has been very impressed by what the Rangers goalkeeper has done at Ibrox this term.
And, despite the rivalry between the two clubs, McGregor was happy to vote for the Rangers man to receive the award.
“I voted for Allan McGregor. I just think he has been outstanding,” Celtic’s McGregor said.
“There were so many moments, especially towards the start of the season, where he was keeping Rangers in it in Europe at times with massive saves.
“We played against them in the first game this season and he was outstanding, he really kept the score down that day as well, so I think his experience has been massive for Rangers and bringing the team together.

“And, of course, his name is McGregor!”
McGregor was only brought to Rangers by Steven Gerrard last summer, but he quickly became the Ibrox side’s number one.
McGregor is widely recognised as the best goalkeeper in Scotland now.
Celtic’s McGregor, who is valued at £10 million (The Sun), is also a nominee for the Scottish PFA Player of the Year, as is his Celtic teammate James Forrest.
Celtic are currently nine points clear of Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.
