Former Rangers star Steven Naismith was reportedly linked with a move to Ibrox.

Former Rangers attacker Steven Naismith is set to complete a move to Scottish Premiership rivals Hearts despite reported interest from Graeme Murty’s side – and Celtic fans have reacted on Twitter to the move.
Sky Sports claim Rangers were “pipped” to the 31-year-old’s signature by Craig Levein’s side, despite Naismith deserately trying to engineer a move to Ibrox through the media.
The former Everton forward even said earlier this month that he would be willing to return to Rangers even if it meant he were to play for free under manager Graeme Murty.
Instead, it seems as though Naismith has joined Hearts with the level of Rangers’ reported interest under question. What is certain, though, is that Hearts have pulled off a major coup to land the 45-time Scotland international.
Celtic fans took to Twitter to react to the news that Naismith is edging closer to a move to the Jam Tarts, mocking Rangers that they have missed out on signing the former Light Blue.
One fan even claimed he has moved to Tyncastle because “they will pay him.”
