Carlos Alcaraz follows many other sports other than tennis, including football.
Alcaraz is a seven-time Grand Slam champion, but he is also a huge supporter of Real Madrid football club.
The Spaniard has even played tennis with some Real Madrid legends, with Alcaraz actually giving Ronaldo an injury when playing with him last year.
Alcaraz is currently at the Monte Carlo Masters, and he has now picked out one player as his current favorite footballer.

Carlos Alcaraz names Kylian Mbappé when asked about his favorite football player
Alcaraz is the defending champion at the Monte Carlo Masters, where he will also be trying to keep his world number one ranking from Jannik Sinner.
During his time at the first ATP 1000 tournament of the clay court season, Alcaraz spoke to Eurosport Spain, where he was asked to name some of his favorite sports stars.
Alcaraz picked Novak Djokovic as the greatest men’s tennis player of all time and Serena Williams as the greatest women’s tennis player of all time, but he was also asked to pick his favorite footballer.
The 22-year-old responded by choosing Real Madrid striker Kylian Mbappé, who also won the World Cup in 2018.
“In football?” responded Alcaraz. “Wow, in football right now I love Mbappé, for example.”
While he picked Mbappé as his favorite player right now, the Frenchman was not named by Alcaraz when he picked his five greatest footballers of all time before.
What Carlos Alcaraz said when asked about his favorite F1 Driver
Football was not the only sport that Alcaraz was asked about, as he was also told to name his favorite basketballer, Formula One driver and swimmer.
Alcaraz is friends with NBA star Jimmy Butler, but he also admitted that the legendary LeBron James and Steph Curry would also be up there.
“Right now LeBron James or Stephen Curry, but it would be my friend Jimmy Butler,” answered Alcaraz.

Alcaraz took a little more time to deliberate over his favorite Formula One driver, where he named Fernando Alonso, Kimi Antonelli, Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton.
“I love Fernando Alonso, but if you had to choose who is better, obviously Kimi Antonelli would be the best,” said Alcaraz.
“But I have a lot of admiration for Charles Leclerc… and then there’s…Hamilton…Oh, Lewis Hamilton. The name didn’t come out. Hamilton. Legend. This one’s short with Hamilton.”
Alcaraz took much less time to pick his favorite swimmer, as he selected 23-time Olympic champion Michael Phelps.
“I have to go with Michael Phelps,” said Alcaraz.
