Tottenham have pulled the trigger on Nuno Espirito Santo this morning and sacked the Portuguese manager. And Arsenal fans are fuming about the news.
Spurs announced on their official website that Nuno has been dismissed from his duties. With reports indicating that Antonio Conte is the favourite to replace the former Tottenham manager.
Despite a strong start to the season, Nuno endured a rough tenure at Spurs, with the now-sacked manager losing to the likes of Crystal Palace and Manchester United 3-0. As well as a 3-1 loss to Arsenal.
With Nuno failing at Spurs, Arsenal fans on social media were not pleased with the news. As things stand, the Gunners are two points ahead of Tottenham in the Premier League table.
Indeed, with Conte likely to replace Nuno following his sack from Spurs, Arsenal fans are unhappy that their north London rivals have dismissed a manager who was clearly not the right fit.
Whilst the mood has been joyous on the other side, Arsenal fans, in general, are not happy about the news this morning on Nuno.
