She could have produced an even more impressive stat line if she had not been substituted early in the blowout victory.
Still, Clark became the first player in WNBA history to record 25+ points, 10+ assists and a +25 plus/minus in a single game.
The point guard’s latest record proves once more that she is a generational talent that fully deserves recognition.
Perhaps Clark’s latest performance was inspired by NBA 2K’s official announcement that she would be a cover athlete.
She is set to be on the cover of NBA 2K27 Deluxe Edition, with Victor Wembanyama and Derrick Rose on the other editions.
This is an enormous achievement, which recognises that Clark has transcended the WNBA and become a global superstar.
