Bryson DeChambeau has reason to be extremely concerned ahead of The Open Championship based on the way that some of his fellow LIV Golf stars started the Scottish Open.
It was an enthralling first day of action at The Renaissance Club. Rory McIlroy is one of five players tied for the lead, while Brooks Koepka is one shot adrift.
Who can stop Rory McIlroy from winning this week?

Elsewhere, the likes of Matt Fitzpatrick, Tommy Fleetwood, and Scottie Scheffler are all under par after the opening round in North Berwick.
However, it proved to be an extremely difficult day for Jon Rahm, with the Spaniard currently tied for 137th after posting a three over par round of 73.
And Rahm was not the only LIV player to struggle.
Difficult first day for the LIV Golf players in the field at the Scottish Open
David Puig is two shots further back on five over par. Tyrrell Hatton opened up with a triple bogey before fighting back superbly to finish the day at level par.
The LIV contingent were far from the only players to toil on the first day at the Scottish Open. But it is alarming that Tom McKibbin is the only player from the league currently inside the top 50.

It is perhaps a sign that some LIV players have not found it easy not playing a single tournament since the US Open at Shinnecock Hills.
But the good news for those players is that they are going to be better prepared for The Open Championship by playing a links event the week before.
The same cannot be said for Bryson DeChambeau.
Bryson DeChambeau may pay the price for not playing a links event before The Open Championship
DeChambeau is under enormous pressure going into The Open Championship. He has missed the cut at all three major championships so far this year.
And his record at The Open is not impressive. His two top 10s have come after he started the final day on the outside. He has never seriously contended for the Claret Jug.
Johnson Wagner thinks DeChambeau will miss the cut. And you can certainly understand why.
Rather than dust off the cobwebs with a scorecard in hand at an event with one of the strongest fields of the year, DeChambeau is practicing away from the spotlight.
There have even been videos circulating on social media claiming that the two-time US Open champion is filming a YouTube video in Canada.
DeChambeau cannot afford to get off to another slow start at an Open Championship. He did an absolutely incredible job just to make the cut at Royal Portrush 12 months ago after a truly awful start in Northern Ireland.
Perhaps he will surprise everyone at Royal Birkdale. He always has the potential to steal the show. But if how the LIV players have started the Scottish Open is anything to go by, his Open Championship woes are almost certainly set to continue.
