Some Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to comments from Serge Gnabry.

The Bayern Munich winger started his professional club football career at Arsenal and is now at the German and European giants.

The 25-year-old winger has established himself as an important player for the Bavarian powerhouse and was a key figure in their success in the Bundesliga and the Champions League last season.

According to WhoScored, the Germany international made 26 starts and five substitute appearances in the Bundesliga for Bayern last season, scoring 12 goals and providing 10 assists in the process.

The winger also made nine starts and one substitute appearance in the Champions League during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring 10 goals and providing five assists in the process, according to WhoScored.

During his time at Bayern so far, Gnabry has won the Bundesliga twice and the Champions League once.

The 25-year-old still holds fond memories of Arsenal and has jokingly told CBS Sports that if he were to move back to the Premier League, then the North London club would be “the favourite”, as covered by HITC Sport here.

Some Arsenal fans on Twitter have urged the club to make a move for a winger, who cost Bayern €8 million (£7.22 million) in transfer fees when they signed him from Werder Bremen in the summer of 2017, as reported by Sky Sports.
