Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke outline one problem Jadon Sancho had in his previous spell in Germany.
Jadon Sancho completed a move back to his former club Dortmund from Manchester United on loan until the end of the season with no purchase option, as revealed by HITC Football.
With Dortmund returning to Bundesliga action on Saturday, Sancho was included in their travelling squad to face Darmstadt as the Die Schwarzgelben look to make the most of the winger’s second spell.
Speaking before the encounter, Hans-Joachim Watzke was asked about Sancho’s reported disciplinary issues and highlighted that his performances on the pitch are what matters.

“Jadon doesn’t have a discipline problem at all. I don’t know who has been saying that,” Watzke said in an interview with Sky Germany.
“Jadon only has one problem, he’s late from time to time. His internal clock is not so well-developed. He’s a very nice boy, but every now and then he’s late.
“But you have to accept that. What do you go to the stadium for? We don’t go there because everyone is always on time. I care about how he plays with the ball.”
Sancho to rediscover his form
With Dortmund getting a comfortable 3-0 victory over Darmstadt, Sancho was part of their victory after entering the fray in the second half.
The Englishman provided a sublime assist for Marco Reus to score their second and nearly added a third late in the game before Youssoufa Moukoko put the game to bed.
The result put Dortmund back on track in the race for Champions League spots in the Bundesliga table as they currently sit fifth with 30 points.
