Liverpool are doing extremely well at the moment, and one of the players who is making the headlines is Dominik Szoboszlai.

Dominik Szoboszlai joined Liverpool from RB Leipzig in the summer transfer window.

Szoboszlai was one of the best attacking midfielders in Germany, and he has hit the ground running at Liverpool.

The 23-year-old has established himself as a regular in manager Jurgen Klopp’s team.

Szoboszlai has scored one goal in nine Premier League matches for Liverpool this season.

Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk has been impressed with Szoboszlai, and so has former Arsenal star and Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson.

Merson told SportsKeeda: “Dominik Szoboszlai has come in and blown people away with his performances, but Alexis Mac Allister is a top player too.

“He’s playing as a No. 6 which isn’t really his usual position, but Liverpool are winning games right now, so it shouldn’t matter, at least until they sign a specialist defensive midfielder.”

My View: Dominik Szoboszlai a key player for Liverpool in Premier League title quest

In my opinion, Dominik Szoboszlai will play a big role in Liverpool’s quest to sign the Premier League title this season.

Szoboszlai is a very dynamic player who can run with the ball and is quick.

There have been comparisons made with Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard.

Szoboszlai is just 23 now, but he already has a wealth of experience.

I believe that Liverpool need Szoboszlai fit and on top of his game throughout the campaign to win the Premier League title.

Manchester City are the favourites for the title.

Arsenal are genuine challengers, and there is also the threat from Tottenham Hotspur.

Liverpool have to continue to win matches.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have scored 20 goals and conceded nine in nine Premier League matches so far this season.

Liverpool will take on Nottingham Forest at Anfield in the Premier League this weekend.

The Reds are three points behind leaders Tottenham Hotspur and two points behind Manchester City and Arsenal, who are second and third respectively in the standings.
