Michael Bridge has shared that Wolves think Everton and Leeds United transfer target, Morgan Gibbs-White, will have a ‘big impact’ on the club next season, as he told Sky Sports.
The 22-year-old is a sought-after star this summer, after his fruitful loan spell at Sheffield United in the Championship last season, with Wolves recently rejecting a £25 million bid for the player.
Frank Lampard isn’t the only one keen to add the all-action midfielder to his ranks because Leeds United and Crystal Palace are other teams looking at the player.

Either way, with two-years left on Gibbs-White’s contract, it would be ideal for Wolves if he either signs a new deal or they get a serious amount of money for him because his value is only going to drop, otherwise.
Whatever the player himself is thinking, those at Molineux feel the attacking midfielder is going to stay on board and have an impact on the side.
“A bid of £25 million, including add-ons, has been rejected from Wolves,” said Bridge. “Wolves believing he is going to have a big impact this season.
“Maybe Wolves thinking ‘hold up, why are Everton so keen?’. There have been a couple of other clubs that are keen on him, but Frank Lampard’s Everton have got involved with a bid. That doesn’t seem to be enough money yet.”

EVERTON IN NEED OF FIREPOWER
The Toffees haven’t put down a serious amount of money for a player this summer, mainly because of their financial situation.
The sale of Richarlison to Tottenham certainly helps matters, but now it’s a case of building towards the future.
Last season’s relegation battle was one that could have easily gone a lot more wrong than it did, but somehow, Lampard managed to push the team over the line.
Now it’s a case of building for the future, sorting out the mess at the club and having an eye on their new stadium down the line.
A player of Gibbs-White’s ilk certainly helps, especially after the Toffees lost such a key attacker in Richarlison.
