
Arsenal U-23 talent Salah-Eddine Oulad M’hand has been in sensational form this season. And the Dutch midfielder has now seen his efforts realised for October.
The Premier League announced on their official website that Salah-Eddine had been nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month for October.
Salah-Eddine has been one of the Gunners best performing players at youth level this season. With the 18-year-old being named on the substitute bench for Arsenal in their League Cup fixture against Leeds United.
Yet it is at U-23 level where Salah-Eddine has really shone. The Dutch youth international scored three goals in four matches for Arsenal. With Kevin Betsy’s side flying in PL2.
With Charlie Patino and Kido Taylor-Hart all impressing for the U-23s this campaign, Salah-Eddine is just one of many names coming through at Hale End who could have a shot at playing for the first team soon.
Arsenal’s senior squad is currently built around academy graduates, with Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe both shining under Mikel Arteta this season.
