In 2010, LeBron James sent shockwaves throughout the NBA community when he announced his decision to join the Miami Heat.
16 years later, James is once again a free agent, and the Heat are among the favorites to land the King. Keeping that in mind, LBJ’s former Heat teammate, Chris Bosh, has urged the 41-year-old to make a comeback to South Beach.

Days after announcing his departure from the Los Angeles Lakers, James is yet to give a concrete answer about his next NBA team.
The Heat are certainly in the mix to sign James, and Bosh explained why it’s the best place for the King at this stage of his career.
“If I were in LeBron James’ shoes. I would choose Miami, and here’s why: If you really think about it, where do people go when you’re about to retire or you’re retired? You know what I’m saying?
“But having a guy like Giannis being able to be Giannis, we’ve seen this dynamic before in the possibility of their open court. If you have Giannis and LeBron, we’ve seen this before too,” Bosh said.
He added, “You don’t have to make nothing up in this situation. You see that he’s picked up the sticks, he’s got a new hobby in golf. Where can you golf all the time?
“But if you know anything about the Miami Heat, you know that they want to be competitive, they don’t believe in wasted years. They are going to put a team around Giannis to be able to compete for a championship.”
In simple terms, Bosh wants to say that joining the Heat is a win-win situation for James both on and off the court. Whether the 4x NBA champion will follow Bosh’s advice is something that NBA fans will find out soon.
