Fabio Paratici is plotting to offer Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko to Juventus in exchange for Weston McKennie.
According to Tuttsport, the Spurs official has gone back in a second time to his former side to lure the American international to north London. This time, Paratici has offered Sissoko as an option for Juventus.
As per the report, Tottenham have already offered Tanguy Ndombele to Juventus with McKennie coming the other way. However, the Serie A side rejected this proposal.
Now, Sissoko is on the table for Juve. Tottenham are eager to sell the 32-year-old midfielder this window, yet offloading him is proving to be a difficult task for the Premier League side.
Indeed, it would be extraordinary if the Tuscan club accepted Sissoko in exchange for McKennie. After all, the midfielder is eight years older than Ndombele.
Yet that hasn’t stopped Tottenham fans on social media from dreaming about Juventus accepting the proposal which would see McKennie arrive in north London.
McKennie was one of Juventus’ best players last season, and the young American could be a sensational addition to the Tottenham midfield if Paratici can pull off the deal.
