Pre-season preparations are over at Rangers and Philippe Clement’s side are now days away from the start of their season.
After narrowly missing out on the Scottish Cup and league title to Celtic last time out, Rangers will be eager to get one back on their Glaswegian rivals this season.
Rangers have made seven new signings over the summer and could field a new-look side when they face Hearts on Saturday afternoon in their league opener.
As revealed by HITC, Rangers are still on the lookout for a new striker with Lawrence Shankland and Lyndon Dykes their top two targets.
Their most expensive signing so far has been Mohamed Diomande, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Ibrox.
Rangers had an obligation to buy Diomande after his loan stint and the 22-year-old midfielder has now completed a permanent move for a £4.3million fee.

Barry Ferguson on Mohamed Diomande
After watching Diomande in action last season and during pre-season this summer, Barry Ferguson is convinced that he could make Rangers a lot of money.
Speaking on Go Radio, Ferguson said “One player that stood out, I spoke about him last season and I think this is a big season for him.
“Diomande – he is starting to show real quality and I think he is one player Rangers could possibly make a small fortune off.
“I like everything about him, he can get about the pitch, very athletic, very good on the ball, works hard – listen he’s got a lot of good attributes.”
After an impressive loan stint last season, Diomande has seemed to carry that momentum into Rangers’ pre-season.

He has played a part in all four of their friendlies, including matches against Ajax and Manchester United, and impressed in all of them.
Calvin Bassey’s move to Ajax for just under £23million is still the club-record sale at Rangers and club chiefs at Ibrox will be hoping that Diomande can demand a similar fee in a few years.
