Arsenal have two signings nearing completion – and they could land a new right back if Hector Bellerin ends up leaving the club.
The Gunners are closing in on signing goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale and playmaker Martin Odegaard having struck deals with Sheffield United and Real Madrid respectively.
Edu still needs more new signings though, and a right back could be on the radar after utilising Calum Chambers there against Brentford on Friday.
The Athletic now report that Hector Bellerin wants to leave Arsenal and feels he is being kept against his will.
Arsenal are now considering swap deals, with two options stated; Atletico Madrid with Kieran Trippier and Barcelona with Emerson Royal.
Emerson only completed a move from Real Betis to Barcelona this summer and even came on as a substitute in Sunday’s game against Real Sociedad.

Still, Arsenal may have hope of landing Emerson if they offer Bellerin in exchange, with the two clubs potentially swapping their right backs.
Barcelona fans have taken to Twitter to react, suggesting that the rumour is a joke and one of the worst they’ve ever heard.
They clearly feel that Emerson is streets ahead of Bellerin, and believe swapping them would be the ‘worst thing ever’… not to be dramatic, of course.
