Leeds head to London for the final time this season as they prepare to face Fulham, and they will be desperate to end their dreadful record in the capital.
Leeds haven’t won a game in London since December 2017, and a game against a Fulham side who sit 18th in the table represents a great chance for them to break their hoodoo.
Of course, beating any team in the Premier League is easier said than done.
Fulham have been resurgent lately, and while they lost their last game 3-0 to Manchester City, they’ve been putting in a number of good performances.
If Leeds are to win here, Marcelo Bielsa will have to get his team selection spot on, and with that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting the Whites’ starting XI for this one.
We think that Bielsa will make just one change for this one, with Mateusz Klich coming in for Ezgjan Alisoki, while Stuart Dallas returns to left-back.
Leeds played well in their 0-0 draw against Chelsea last week, so we don’t think there’s a massive need to tinker with the side.
Liam Cooper has once again been ruled out of this game with an illness that Phil Hay has reported to be covid, and while Patrick Bamford has been nursing a knock, Bielsa believes he’ll be fit to play here, so he starts up top.
Other than that, the team is about what you’d expect it to be.
Perhaps the biggest selection headache Bielsa faces is whether to go with Tyler Roberts or Rodrigo in the middle of the park, but after Roberts’ strong showing against Chelsea, we think he’ll get the nod.
